At US Book Services, we believe in granting you full ownership of the content we deliver. Once we complete a project, all rights to the final product are transferred to you, allowing you to use it in any manner you see fit.

Payment

We require full payment in advance for all services. The client is also responsible for covering any applicable taxes. Services will not commence until the full payment is received.

Revisions

Our standard revision period is 14 days after the final delivery of your project. However, in exceptional circumstances, this timeframe may be extended. The following revision turnaround times apply based on the urgency of the project:

Projects requiring 24-hour urgency: Revisions will be completed within 24 hours.
Projects requiring 24 to 48 hours: Revisions will be completed within 48 hours.
Projects requiring more than 48 hours: Revisions will be completed within 72 hours.

Project Conditions

Before beginning any project, US Book Services will hold detailed consultations with each client to ensure a clear understanding of project requirements. We commit to informing you of any changes or adjustments to services as the project progresses, based on the agreed-upon terms and conditions.

Refund Procedure

Refunds are processed after deducting a transactional charge of either $150 or 10% of the total purchase price, whichever is lower, provided the refund request is made before any work is submitted.

No refunds will be issued after 90 days from the date of purchase.
Refunds are not automatically granted for “Change of Mind” scenarios. US Book Services is not obligated to issue refunds once payment is processed.
If a manuscript is delivered but design work has not started, 75% of the purchase price will be retained.
If design work has begun but not been finalized, 50% of the purchase price will be retained.
No refunds will be issued once the final approval of the work is given.
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days after the completion of your order. If you are dissatisfied with the service or multiple revisions, we will assess and offer a percentage-based refund.
